4/ RESERVATION CONDITIONS

In order to secure your booking your credit card will be asked. For all reservations ,all airport tranfer reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of arrival. We will confirmed by email or fax to the client with all pick-up times and details on how to meet the our Shuttle.
The reservation can be cancelled / modified at any time , up to 2 days prior to arrival, without any charge.In case of a NO-SHOW , or a late cancellation (48 hours before arrival), our company will charged 100%.All changes and additions to your reservation request should be made in written and sent us by fax +33 1 53620229 or email. For the avoidance of misunderstanding of any sort, it is necessary to have a confirmation from our staff.
6. What is your Change Policy?

Webservices requires that all changes be received by phone or email (changes
cannot be made with drivers) at least 12 hours prior to pick-up. If, a change
cannot be accommodated & results in a cancellation you will be charged in
full for the order.
7/ Late arrival
For the late arrival ,we will wait up to one hour after the scheduled
arrival time of the carrier. After this time we will try our hardest possible
to transfer you, but we cannot undertake any responsibility if this is not

8/ Where
are the meeting points with the drivers?
The
drivers will be waiting for you at the exit of the customs,
holding
a sign with your name on it. In any case, we will provide you with the exact
location ,where
you will enjoy a personalized welcome
9/ How much time do I have to meet the Driver on my
Airport Transfer Reservation?
Paris
Webservices provides 30 minutes (45 minutes for International Arrivals
requiring customs clearance) of free wait time on each Airport Arrival Transfer
for you to deplane and pick-up your luggage. . It is also useful
in case you get delayed at customs or at baggage claim .Please call us .If you do not meet your
Chauffeur or call us within 45 minutes (60 minutes for Intl. Arrivals)
of your
plane landing we will consider you a "no-show" and you will be
charged in full for the reservation.
10/How much luggage am I allowed in the car ?
You may take one regular-sized suitcase and one item of hand luggage
free of charge. For any extra or unusual luggage, we may ask you to pay a supplement.
11 / Why must I confirm my departure 24 hours before?
You must confirm your departure 24 hours in advance to make sure that all information concerning flight times,airport and pick-up address are correct.
