1. What happens if my plane is early or late arriving?

Webservices updates all flight arrival times and we arrive when your plane
lands,
For the late arrival ,we will wait up to one hour after the scheduled
arrival time of the carrier. After this time we will try our hardest possible
to transfer you,
but we cannot undertake any responsibility if this is not
possible. Please call us or send the SMS : 33 6 50 80 84 50
2. How much time do I have to meet the Driver on my
Airport Transfer Reservation?
Paris
Webservices provides 30 minutes (45 minutes for International Arrivals
requiring customs clearance) of free wait time on each Airport Arrival Transfer
for you to deplane and pick-up your luggage. .
It is also useful
in case you get delayed at customs or at baggage claim .Please call us .If you do not meet your
Chauffeur or call us within 45 minutes (60 minutes for Intl. Arrivals)
of your
plane landing we will consider you a "no-show" and you will be
charged in full for the reservation.
3. Where do I meet my Driver for pick-up?
The chauffeur will meet you at the exit of the customs,holding a sigh with your name on it.
In any case we will provide you with the exact location where you will enjoy a personalized welcome.
4. What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations are accepted
by email (contact@pariswebservices.com)
and phone (331 53620229 )the Cancellations made in excess of 48 hours will not
incur any charge.
No shows will be charged the full reservation fare.
6. What is your Change Policy?

Webservices requires that all changes be received by phone or email (changes
cannot be made with drivers) at least 12 hours prior to pick-up. If, a change
cannot be accommodated & results
in a cancellation you will be charged in
full for the order.
7. Should I tip the driver ?
It is up to you whether you want to tip the driver or not. If you are happy with the service he gave you, it is customary to tip between 10-15%.
8. Are your cars non smoking ? Air conditioned ?
All of our cars are non smoking and air conditioned.
9. Do your drivers take credit cards ?
Yes, our drivers will accept your VISA or MasterCard in the van.(100 eur min)
10.What are your office hours ? What hours do you operate ?
Our office and our phone lines operate 7 days a week from 7 AM to 21 PM.
11.Do you provide car seats for children under 3 and what is the fee?
Yes from 1 month to 6 y.o ( 3 maximum ) for free .
12.How far in advance
should I place my reservation?
Availability
changes daily and we suggest you place reservation as soon as
you have firm
travel dates and times.
This is especially important if major trade shows are
in town
12.How much luggage am I allowed in the car ?
You may take one regular-sized suitcase and one item of hand luggage
free of charge. For any extra or unusual luggage, we may ask you to pay a supplement.
13.Why must I confirm my departure 24 hours before?
You must confirm your departure 24 hours in advance to make sure that all information concerning flight times,airport and pick-up address are correct.
