This was my first time using this car service, and it is by far the best!!! The drivers were absolutely wonderful, and made my transfer from CDG to my hotel and back, relaxing:)) I fully recommend this car service for all of your transport needs when travelling to Paris!!!

 Merci beaucoup!  We were going to write anyway, now that we are back home, to send our thanks.  Being picked up at 6:00  a.m. rather than 6:30 for our 10:30 flight made all the difference; we were checked in and through security far faster than  previously, and mon epouse had extra time to spend duty-free money!  Thank you very much! I am quite happy to provide the following review that you can use however you would like. I do not want  to create a Trip Advisor account though, and they will not let me post a review unless I do. Again, very excellent service; thank  you for making our trip go so smoothly and comfortably.These guys were perfect. We flew in from Toronto to CDG with a 3  and 5 year old boy, tired and a little stressed because we landed an hour late. Took another 30 minutes to get through  passport and claim luggage. But sure enough, our driver was there waiting and cheerful. Same driver picked us up; again, we  had an early flight and were a little stressed that the driver would be late or a no show, but he showed up 20 minutes early  and was just as kind and prompt.This service is a no-brainer for us now. I'll call every time we come back to Paris.

I am writing you to suggest that your company reconsider its policy regarding time of arrival at CDG for international flights. I  have no complaints regarding your company's service. On the contrary, I rated it highly (see my tripadvisor review). The driver  arrived early as you promised. The trip to the airport was smooth, not hectic, reckless or frightening. We arrived at and had  our luggage inside of terminal 1 at 8:00 AM for a 10:30 AM departure. But here's the point: your company recommended the  7:30 AM pickup time (to allow 2 hours for arrival at CDG to flight departure). I had requested a 7:00 AM pickup. We stood on  line after line for almost two hours. There was no confusion, on our part, as to where we had to go to get boarding passes,  check luggage, go through security checks, get to the departure gate, etc. We arrived at the departure gate at 10:10 AM, with  boarding already in progress. The inefficiency of Air France was monumental. We had no time to find a lavatory, to find a  water fountain to get even a sip of water, much less a cup of coffee, a small breakfast. Indeed, had we arrived at CDG's  doorstep at 8:30 AM (which you'd suggested was adequate) or had we, arriving as we did at 8:00 AM, been mildly deficient of  gait or mental clarity, we might well have missed our flight all together. Our airport experience yesterday suggests a  minimum of 3 hours for arrival at CDG for Air France international flights.I am sending similar sentiments to Air France who is  the source of the unpleasantness. I thought, however, that your company should know how dysfunctional one of the  businesses you are regularly dealing with is.
